Before I launched Hire Mint, I spent over a decade in Talent Acquisition and HR leadership, including serving as Chief HR Officer of H&M Canada. I’ve sat in the hiring manager’s seat. I’ve managed the req load. I’ve felt the real cost when a search drags on or a hire doesn’t stick.
That experience shapes everything about how I recruit today.
